I went to high school and college (except when I didn't)_ in Oregon and am from California originally. I graduated from Mountain View High School in Bend a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. 

I worked in political campaigns and government for over a decade before becoming a teacher. 

I've lived in Corvallis since 2000 and like to play piano, ride bikes, and play softball (although baseball is my favorite sport).
